MODDO captures more resources to grow. The company, specialized in omnichannel solutions for commerce, has closed a capital increase of one million euros to boost its expansion, as Diego de Vicente, founder of the company, explained to Modaes.es.
The extension has been fully subscribed by the current shareholders of the company: De Vicente himself, who is the majority shareholder, the Mediaset group and the investment fund Cabiedes & Partners.
The company has capitalized on the growth of e-commerce experienced in recent months, which has accelerated the digital transformation of companies in the fashion sector. MODDO, which has a turnover of around six million euros a year, expects to close the year (which ended on June 30) with double-digit growth.
