On October 23, the Footwear Technology Center of La Rioja (CTCR) hosted a key event in which experts from MODDO and two of its partners, Outlandish and Deliverea, presented the best practices with which a footwear manufacturer can embrace omnichannel in the current context.

MODDO is a Spanish technology company specialized in the development of omnichannel solutions to innovate, develop and connect the physical and digital sales channels of retailers, brands, marketplaces and shopping centers.

During the event, essential topics were addressed such as the change in the purchasing behavior of the end customer and B2B buyer, the solutions and technology that participate in current phygital retail, the key aspects that must be considered when facing sales in marketplaces, and the importance of optimizing the logistics operation and the management of returns.

This event made it clear that knowledge, technology and innovation are essential for the footwear industry to be able to face the challenges of today’s retail.
